Nikolaos, or simply Nikos, is the heart and soul of the restaurant. A native Greek with a passion for authentic cuisine, he prides himself on quality ingredients and traditional recipes. Every dish passes through his hands - he prepares everything himself, without compromise and with the utmost care.
He spends most of his time in the kitchen, but when he is among the guests, it is clear that gastronomy is not only his job, but also his life's mission.
